Absolutely beautiful, Bowl of Joy, flower arrangement! The Reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is, Mercy San Juan Hospital kept the flowers at the front desk. It is not Sherwood's problem, but if I had not called the front desk and asked why they were still there, they would probably never have gotten delivered to the patient's room.
I don't know the answer to this situation but perhaps your business should talk to the correct person at Mercy San Juan Hospital, so this never happens to some one else in the future.
My friend loved your beautiful vase of flowers! but, her sister had to make a special visit to the front desk to bring the boquet up to my friend's room to deliver the flowers, after I had to call her and ask her to do this favor.

I needed my sister’s same day Easter flower delivery be delivered before she left for work. Sherwood Florist made it happen for me. My sister Bibiana was so happy to receive them. I go through Sherwood Florist for all my local deliveries.

Flowers were gorgeous! They even texted me a photo of the delivered bouquet and a note that my friend was not home at time of delivery. She was so surprised when she got home. I live out of state and was really happy with the results.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I had a next day delivery for my mom’s birthday, and would have liked flowers delivered before noon. They immediately called to let me know it may arrive a little late. I appreciated how fast they got back to me to make sure that was okay. Flower arrangement was gorgeous!!! Thank you Sherwood!
